FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do you have an order minimum?
    For rentals we have a 3 hour minimum for all of our rentals. For balloons please visit the balloon installtions tab and the number listed under each picture "starting at ____" is the minimum.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the time of request. Refunds will be considered as follows: -The Service Retainer is non-refundable. But it is transferable, you can move your event within 6 months of the scheduled event day. -Refunds requested more than 3 weeks to event: Total monies paid minus retainer. -Refunds requested less than 2 weeks to event: a maximum of 50% of the final total is refundable. -The final payment is issued 7 days before the event. No refund will be made within 7 days of event date. Again, this is transferable, you can move your event within 6 months of the scheduled event day.
  • What areas do you service?
    We service all of San Diego County, Palm Springs, Orange County & Huntington Beach, and Los Angeles. We do travel and have done set ups in Las Vegas & Arizona. There is an additional fee for out of state travel.
  • I have an emgerceny and need to cancel my event, what should i do?"
    Please refer to our cancellation policy. Our best recommendation is that you push your services, and we can accommodate an open date on our schedule.
  • Can I change the date of my event after I've made the downpayment?
    As long as we are available on your new event date, we are flexible to date changes. You must get a confirmation of change sent by email to solidify the change as we cannot guarantee we are available for your new date.
